Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: October 31, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of mac-endeavors.com (the “Site”), operated by MAC Endeavors, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“MAC Endeavors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Information, Not Professional Advice

The Site describes our services and experience for general information. Nothing on the Site, and nothing we share in a conversation before a written agreement, is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory compliance advice. Where we mention laws or regulations, it’s general research to support your own review with qualified advisers.

2. Working With Us

Using the Site, submitting the contact form, or having an introductory call doesn’t create a client relationship or obligate either of us. Any project, including a founding pilot, is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site.

The founding pilot program has limited availability. We choose participants at our discretion and may change, pause, or end the program at any time; anything already agreed in a signed pilot agreement stays in effect.

3. Results, Examples & Experience

Case studies describe specific past projects, and figures such as portfolio size, retention, and awards describe Corey McKnight’s results in prior roles at other companies. They illustrate experience; they aren’t a promise or guarantee of any particular result, timeline, or revenue for your business, which depend on many factors outside our control. Former employers are named only to describe that experience and haven’t reviewed or endorsed MAC Endeavors.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos, and code are owned by MAC Endeavors or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share Site pages for your own non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Names of other companies and products mentioned on the Site, such as Google, HubSpot, Uber, DriveCentric, and Aircall, are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify those companies and products, and their use doesn’t imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Submit false information or someone else’s information without permission.
  • Attempt to access private areas of the Site, such as client pages or administration tools, without authorization.
  • Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or send spam or malicious code through it.
  • Scrape or harvest information from the Site with automated tools, except for search engine indexing.

6. Your Submissions

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. If you send ideas or feedback about our services or the Site, we may use them without obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Sites & Services

The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as our scheduling page and LinkedIn. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAC Endeavors and its members won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some states don’t allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. These limits don’t apply to services provided under a separate written agreement, which has its own terms.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MAC Endeavors against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

12. Changes & General Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date; continued use of the Site after that means you accept the update. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
