I spent my career on the other side of the AI conversation — inside B2B SaaS companies, responsible for making sure customers actually adopted the tools they bought and kept renewing because those tools worked. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, that meant retention, expansion, and net revenue retention: not vanity metrics, but whether a business was measurably better off for having the technology in the first place.
That’s the lens MAC Endeavors is built on. AI and automation are everywhere right now, and most of the noise is about the technology itself. I care about the outcome: fewer things falling through the cracks, less time spent on manual work, and systems that actually get used after they’re built — not just installed.
MAC Endeavors, LLC is a Wyoming-based consulting and implementation practice. “MAC” is my own initials, reversed — and it doubles as the name of the framework we use on every engagement: Manual Work, Acquisition & Adoption, and Communication.

Our Mission
Beyond the client work.
Most of what we do is paid engagement work: helping established businesses find and capture AI & automation opportunities. But that’s not the whole reason MAC Endeavors exists.
AI has quietly removed a lot of the barriers that used to keep everyday people from starting something of their own — the need for a technical co-founder, a big budget, or years of specialized experience. Most people haven’t caught up to that yet. They still think a legitimate business, a real income stream, or a working website and back-end system is out of reach without a team behind them.
Part of our mission is staying close to that gap: budding entrepreneurs who haven’t yet realized what AI actually makes possible for them. We want MAC Endeavors to be a presence in that space too — not just optimizing companies that have already made it, but helping everyday people see a realistic, legitimate path to building and earning on their own terms, sooner than they think.
