MAC Endeavors, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“MAC Endeavors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through mac-endeavors.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit a form on the Site (for example, our contact form or audit request form), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message or details you share. We do not require this information to browse the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
  • To send you text messages about your inquiry, but only if you have separately opted in to receive them (see our SMS Terms).
  • To deliver and improve the services you request from us.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and run our business, including:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions.
  • ImprovMX — email forwarding for our @mac-endeavors.com inbox.
  • HubSpot — storing and managing inquiries in our customer relationship management system.
  • Calendly — scheduling introductory calls once you choose a meeting time.
  • PostHog — website analytics, described further below.

These providers are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use PostHog, a web analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This helps us improve the Site over time. We do not send the free-text contents of contact form submissions (like your message) to our analytics tool. The Site does not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@mac-endeavors.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
