Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the message and details you choose to share, plus, if you provide them, your phone number, website, the service you’re interested in, your timeline, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. When you book a call, email us, or meet with us, we also receive the information you share in those conversations.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, our analytics provider collects pages viewed, buttons clicked, the page that referred you, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We also note which page you first landed on and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, “utm_source”), and save them with your inquiry if you submit the form. Our servers briefly use your IP address to block spam and abuse; we don’t store it with your inquiry.

You don’t need to give us any information to browse the Site.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and follow up about our services.
• To send text messages about your inquiry, but only if you separately opted in (see our SMS Terms).
• To plan, deliver, and support services you request.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Some of the tools we use include AI features. When we use them with your information, it’s only to help us respond to you or deliver services you’ve asked for, and never to sell your information.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, under terms that limit their use of it to providing services to us:

• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Neon — database hosting for inquiries submitted through the Site.
• Resend — email delivery for form notifications and confirmations.
• Google Workspace — our @mac-endeavors.com email and video calls.
• HubSpot — our customer relationship management system and call scheduling.
• PostHog — website analytics, described below.

We may also disclose information to our professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) under a duty of confidentiality, when required by law or to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or other transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to information transferred.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Do Not Track

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site. It stores a first-party cookie and browser storage to recognize returning visits. We do not send the contents of your form submissions to analytics, we do not use session recording, and the Site has no advertising cookies, ad pixels, or chat widgets. No other third party collects information about your activity on the Site over time and across other websites.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the Site does not load analytics for you. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works without them.

5. Calls & Recordings

We don’t record calls or use note-taking tools on calls without telling everyone on the call first and getting their agreement. If you’d rather not be recorded, just say so; it won’t affect our work together.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond, follow up, provide services, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted and password-protected access, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@mac-endeavors.com. We’ll respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us any other reasonable way.
• Stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by replying to ask.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. We honor the requests above for everyone, whether or not a particular law applies to us, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.

Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still send a request to opt out of any future sale to hello@mac-endeavors.com, our designated request address.

California residents: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10. Other Websites

The Site links to services we don’t control, such as our HubSpot scheduling page and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States and process information here. The Site is intended for visitors in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post changes on this page with a new “last updated” date, and if a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we’ll give notice before it applies.
