MAC Endeavors

Founding Pilot Program

A real project, built for your business, with no project fee.

MAC Endeavors is in its founding phase. Before standard pricing begins, I’m taking on a few pilot projects with new founders, solopreneurs, startups and small businesses ready to modernize, to prove the approach and earn trust with real results. You get a full project, planned, built and launched. In return, you give honest feedback and let me share the results.

What you get

  • A 20-minute call, then an interactive project plan you click through, react to and approve before anything is built.
  • The build itself: whatever your plan calls for, from a new website and online presence to booking, intake forms, lead follow-up or admin tools.
  • Setup in accounts that are in your name, so you own the domain, the data and the code.
  • Training for you and your team, plus written how-tos for the things you’ll do often.
  • Launch support and fixes through the end of the pilot.

What I ask in return

  • An operating business with customers today and a real problem worth solving.
  • An owner or decision-maker who can review the plan and make calls within a few days.
  • Honest feedback: reactions to the plan, and two short check-ins along the way.
  • Permission to publish a case study and a short testimonial once you’re happy with the results. You approve the wording first, and it will say the project was a no-fee pilot.
  • Covering your own running costs, like your domain or software subscriptions. They’re usually small, and every one is listed in your plan before you commit.

Questions

Why is there no project fee?

MAC Endeavors is in its founding phase. Pilots are how I prove the approach on real projects and build trust before standard pricing begins, and your feedback shapes how future clients are served. You get senior-level work; I get proof that it works.

What’s the catch?

No catch, but it is a real commitment on both sides. The pilot has a written scope, a time limit and an end date. Anything beyond the approved plan is a separate project, and only if you want it.

What happens when the pilot ends?

You keep everything. If you’d like ongoing help, I’ll quote it up front. There’s no obligation and no fee to keep your own site running beyond what your providers charge.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short pilot agreement in plain English. It covers the scope, the timeline, who owns what (you do) and how your data is handled.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Pilots run remotely, over video calls scheduled around your week, so you can be anywhere in the US.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You’ll never be asked to pick tools or learn jargon. You’ll see what changes for you and your customers, decide from there, and get trained on anything you’ll run yourself.

Think your business is a fit?

Tell me a little about it. If it’s not a pilot fit, you’ll still get an honest read on where to start.
